During this Humboldt COAD Quarterly Meeting, Celeste Giunta, Executive Director of the Napa Valley COAD joined the Humboldt COAD Working Group Chairs and many representatives from the Member and Partner pools to give a comprehensive overview of hot Napa Valley COAD came to be, what the obstacles were, successes, and answered questions.
